A trademark for CENTRE ON BARTON, the "new & improved" version of CENTRE MALL. The redeveloped facility, an open-air power plaza of 70 stores, was completed in stages between 2008 and 2015.

Toronto-based Canadian Tire has operated in 3 different locations at the CENTRE MALL site. The current store, which opened in 2009, includes a Mark's (Work Warehouse).

Here we see Marshalls and an adjacent Metro Grocers (which replaced a demolished The Barn supermarket). The Metro store opened in 2010 and encompasses over 45,000 square feet. Marshalls, with around 30,000, was dedicated in 2013.

The Pavilion provides seating for over 350 diners.  Among its 7 fast-food restaurants are Subway, Bar Burrito, A & W and Wok Express.

Just a single structure, The Beer Store, was retained from the mall. It is surrounded in blue on this plan. Major CENTRE ON BARTON tenants are also indicated...including an ill-fated Zellers-Target store. Built as a Zellers, it was taken over by Target. Following Target Canada's (quote-unquote) "spectacular failure", the building was divided into 4 store spaces.
