The complex, one of the world's first "super blocks," was situated on 5 acres at the centre of London. It was anchored by a 5-level Eaton's, with a retail roster of forty-seven tenants. Parking was provided by an underground deck, small multilevel garage and on parts of the roof.  A total of 850 autos could be accommodated.
