Fashion, Food, Fantasy...The Future! Greater Cincinnati's "bigger than life" super mall was the first American foray of Australia's LJ Hooker Corporation. FOREST FAIR MALL was followed by three sibling shopping centers; Thornton, Colorado's THORNTON TOWN CENTER (1989), Columbia, South Carolina's RICHLAND FASHION MALL (1989) and Louisville, Kentucky's MIDDLETOWN STATION (1991). Seven additional super malls were proposed, but the company folded before their construction could get underway.
