A snapshot showing the mall's original "industrial" decor. Pipes, conduits and ducts were left exposed and floors consist of barren polished concrete. This was a marked departure from the lavish, toney-tenanted mall originally proposed by developers.

The Third Floor Food Court, with its 1907-vintage Philadelphia Tobbogan Company carousel in the background. It was replaced -with a two-tier Italian-made model- in the Fall of 2009.
