This photo is one that I actually took myself! It is a circa-1983 view of the great Rotunda at ARCADE SQUARE, showing its 3 levels and glass-enclosed elevator. The first 2 floors were dedicated to retail and restaurants. The third, comprised of office spaces, was cleared of tenants in 1977 and never reoccupied.
