Opened -as the Brent Park Road station- in 1923, the terminal seen here sits .5 mile southeast of BRENT CROSS CENTRE. The station was renamed Brent Cross soon after the completion of the mall. It is one of two hundred and seventy passenger stops on "The Tube" (a.k.a. The London Underground), which spans 250 route miles and is the world's largest subway network. Although the station and shopping centre are relatively close to one another, we are told it is no easy task to walk from one to the other.
