The ambitious redevelopment plan for BRENT CROSS CENTRE requires that River Brent be diverted, allowing for construction of the 800,000 square foot South Wing (shown in medium gray). A new Marks & Spencer store would be built, with the original being divided into inline retail spaces. 3 new car park structures would also be added.
When construction dust settles in the early 2020s, this is how BRENT CROSS CENTRE will appear. Now a world-class shopping, entertainment, dining, hospitality and residential facility, it will encompass around 1,700,000 lettable square feet and contain 270 stores and 75 restaurants.
