Our most recent LALAPORT plan dates to 2015. Daiei closed in 2002. Its building was repurposed as new retail space. A revolving restaurant at the Sogo store was knocked down in 2013. Its area (in medium gray) has been enclosed and rebuilt as additional concourses and retail. With these improvements, the mall covers around 1,706,300 leasable square feet. There are over 440 stores and services and for-pay parking for 8,000 autos.
