The Gem City's ARCADE was a mixed-use complex years before the term had even been conceived. The core of the structure, indicated in black, was built between 1902 and 1907. Structures such as the Commercial Building and Miami Savings Bank Building came along a bit later. A new McCrory's dime store opened in December 1924.
