At the time of a circa-2005 YORKDALE CENTRE plan, a vacant Eaton's has been sectioned into several inline stores and the southeast end of the mall rebuilt. New tenants include Pottery Barn, Williams-Sonoma, Old Navy, H & M and Zara. The latter three stores front on a glass-roofed Atrium.

Dine On 3 was dedicated in mid-2012. Built on the third floor of the former Eaton's, the 18-bay collection of restaurants replaced the late '90s-vintage Food Court Garden.
