The vacant Target, and adjacent South Wing, were gutted in August 2016. A 70 million dollar renovation brought a relocated Food Court, Shoppers Drug Mart, new Metro supermarket and eleven inline stores.

The DEVONSHIRE Sears closed for good in January 2018. The building was knocked down. A new mall entrance was built in the spot where the Sears mall entrance had been. Adjacent store space was gutted and rebuilt as a new Sport Check store, which relocated from another area of the complex.

We see the most recent mall modifications on a circa-2025 layout. This includes the aforementioned Food Court and Metro store. Vendor spaces in the old Picnic Garden, and a vacant Shoppers Drug Mart, have been reconfigured. Now Sears-less, DEVONSHIRE MALL covers approximately 874,500 leasable square feet and houses 160 stores and services.
